ACCEPT THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR VIDEO ONLY

RSI  Video Program   -    Service Agreement – WEB VIDEO PROGRAM ONLY
 
THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE BETWEEN:
The Buyer, RSI Member (hereinafter "Buyer"); and the Service Provider, EIKI Digital Systems, Inc, dba .advancedMethod (hereinafter "AdvancedMethod"), with its primary place of business at 4600 Executive Centre Parkway, Suite B, St. Peters, Missouri, 63376.
 
AdvancedMethod will provide buyer with software, software development, programming, graphics and web design, and internet hosting services as necessary to provide for the operation of the RSI Web  Video Program featuring  video(s) created by RSI and AdvancedMethod.

NOTE:  Access to the GREEN SCREENED videos are included in this agreement and are part of this program – however, any RSI member must be designated as 'Greened Screened" by SGI in order to have access to that part of the program.
 
AdvancedMethod will provide Buyer with choices for a "VIDEO BANNER" to be placed on the Buyer's website to promote the video program, as well as other choices for placing the video program on their website,   and for design, hosting, and internet links between Buyer's website and the video hosting server for the videos and interface that are part of the RSI Video Program, and with access to all the features and options inherent in the Web Video Program in accordance with their membership status with RSI.
 
Nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to give Buyer any rights to any software or technology developed by AdvancedMethod, or used by them in the provision of this service.
 
Buyer agrees to abide the terms of the payment program they have chosen and stipulates that those terms are understood by the Buyer.  Initial payment for the service will be provided at the signing of this agreement.   Service Provider shall have the right to take appropriate actions if payments are past due, including disruption of service.  
 
Credit cards and other payment options will be processed within 7-10 business days.  All refunds for cancelled orders must occur within this time.  No refunds will be given because of delays or issues that are not the responsibility of AdvancedMethod, or are otherwise out of AdvancedMethod's control (i.e. if Buyer fails to provide any required assets or correspondence required to customize the program for their website, or if Buyer fails to post the provided digital files and assets provided by AdvancedMethod to activate the program on their website).

Renewal and Cancellation: If paid for on an annual basis ($1250) Service contract is for a One Year period with automatic renewal on an annual basis.  After the first year, buyer may cancel service with 30 days written notice, opt-into monthly payment program, or continue with annual renewal.
If paid for on a monthly basis ($130 per month) Buyer will be charged on the 1st of each month.  Those who elect to pay monthly may convert to a yearly payment program to take advantage of the annual savings it provides at any time by paying $1250 for the next 12 months, which will then automatically renew at the end of the 12-month term.
For both annual and monthly payment programs, no funds already collected prior to cancellation will be returned.  Cancellation may be made anytime after the first year with 30 days written notice to AdvancedMethod.
Should Buyer lose their status as an RSI Member at any time all rights to this service will end immediately, with no return of any funds.

RSI  Video Program   -    Service Agreement. WEB VIDEO with SEO AND SMM
 
THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE BETWEEN:
The Buyer, RSI Member (hereinafter "Buyer"); and the Service Provider, EIKI Digital Systems, Inc, dba .advancedMethod (hereinafter "AdvancedMethod"), with it's primary place of business at 4600 Executive Centre Parkway, Suite B, St. Peters, Missouri, 63376.
 
AdvancedMethod will provide buyer with software, software development, programming, graphics and web design, and internet hosting services as necessary to provide for the operation of the RSI Web  Video Program featuring  video(s) created by RSI and AdvancedMethod.

Renewal and Cancellation: 
VIDEO PROGRAM with SEO and SMM services:  
Buyer is purchasing two different programs  - the RSI Web Video program from Advanced Method and SEO/SMM services from Lethia Owens Inc.
Buyer will be invoiced separately by Advanced Method for the RSI Web Video program and by Lethia Owens INC for  SEO/SMM services.
The Service Contract  for the RSI WEB VIDEO Program is for a One Year period with automatic renewal on an annual basis.  After the first year, buyer may cancel service with 30 days written notice, opt-into monthly payment program, or continue with annual renewal. 
The SEO/SMM services are purchased on a Monthly basis ($299) and my be cancelled at any time --although we strongly recommend that a period of 3 – 6 months may required  to see the positive results of the SEO/SMM program, depending on your market.

In order to provide an incentive to our Web Video Customers to also use the SEO/SMM services, we provide a discounted price on the Web Video Program to customers who use the SEO/SMM services.

PLEASE NOTE:  These discounts will be revoked if the SEO/SM service is purchased and later cancelled.

if paid for on an annual basis ($998), Buyer will receive a discount of $252 ($21 per month) over the annual price of the Web Video program if purchased without SEO/SMM services ($1250 per year.)

If paid for on a monthly basis ($119 per month), Buyer will receive a discount of $11 per month over the monthly price of the Web Video program if purchased without SEO/SMM services ($130 per month.)

IF the SEO/SMM service is cancelled within the first 3 months of service, buyers who paid for the WEB VIDEO PROGRAM on an annual basis ($998) will be billed at the annual or monthly rate of video only service ($1250/ year or $130/month).

Buyer will be charged on the 1st of each month for both programs.

For both annual and monthly payment programs, no funds already collected prior to cancellation will be returned.  Cancellation of the SEO/SMM services may be made anytime with written notice and payment of the pro-rated amounts outlined above.

The RSI WEB VIDEO PROGRAM can be cancelled anytime after the first year with 30 days written notice to AdvancedMethod.

Should Buyer lose their status as an RSI Member all rights to use of the RSI WEB VIDEO PROGRAM will end, with no return of any funds.  Buyer may elect to continue the SEO/SMM program regardless of their membership status with RSI
